President's Message - 31 May 2016
Malaysia Dental Industry Association (MDIA) (formerly known as Malaysian Dental Dealers Association (MDDA)) was officially formed on 2 September 2015 responding to the calls from the comrades of the dental industry despite many hindrances and hardships. We have to forge ahead with newly set vision follow by strategies to safeguard our dental industry in view of the various challenges locally and internationally.
A journey of a million miles begins with the first footstep!
The launching of the Malaysia Dental Industry Association (MDIA) website marks a milestone in the development of the Association which we take great pride in it. This initiative is in line with our objective to unite all dental dealers in a common endeavour for the benefits and interest of the members and thereafter maintain the best relationships among all members.
This website will provide a timely, effective and convenient platform for the Association to provide the latest updates on the Association’s activities to its members as well as for members to communicate with the Association and fellow members. It will certainly help promoting the Association to the public and allow them to understand more about our organisation, objectives, and other relevant information on the Association.
One of the prime events in Association’s calendar is the Malaysia International Dental Show (MIDS) to be held annually at Sunway Pyramid Convention Center. This event offers a timely opportunity for members to showcase their products and services.
I believe, with our own website, we will be able to achieve more mileage in promoting our annual event and activities from time to time.
